WHO ARE QUALIFIED TO JOIN THE RAFFLE

The promo is applicable to Philippine territory only, and limited to residents of the Philippines only.

Consumers who bought Proactiv Kit from the listed participating outlets during the duration of the promo period are entitled to join the raffle.

One kit purchased is equivalent to one raffle entry. The raffle ticket is activated:

• 22 Days after purchase for 30-day kits
• 26 Days after purchase for 60-day kits

Only kits purchased that were not returned thru Proactiv's Money Back Guarantee are eligible for a raffle ticket.

WHO ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO JOIN THE RAFFLE

Employees of Top American Products Solutions Inc., and their relatives up to 2nd degree are not qualified to join the raffle. Suppliers, partners, and consultants of Top American Products Solutions Inc., are not qualified to join the raffle.

Anyone caught attempting to manipulate the results of the raffle is subject to immediate disqualification. Top American Products Solutions Inc., reserves the right to deactivate such raffle entries without further notice.

Only purchases made by individuals are allowed are entitled for raffle entries. Bulk purchases with the intent to resell Proactiv will not be qualified for raffle entries.

HOW TO JOIN

1. Customer can buy either a Proactiv 30-day Kit or Proactiv 60-day kit from any of the participating outlets mentioned above.
1. For customers buying from Online Shopping Cart: (http://my.proactiv.com.ph), the Online Registration Account Name shall be entitled with the raffle entry.
2. For customers buying from Door to Door delivery Hotlines, customer's given Account Name as per Proactiv's official Customer Database shall be entitled with the raffle entry.
3. For customers buying from the mall kiosks enumerated above, customer must fill-out the Official Raffle Entry Form with the following details:

2. Customer must buy Proactiv kit within the prescribed promo period. Orders of Proactiv Kits outside the promo period are not eligible with a raffle entry equivalent.
3. Customer must not return the product. If a customer avails of the standard limited Moneyback Guarantee that comes with every Proactiv 30-day or 60-day kit, this forfeits the subsequent activation of his or her raffle ticket entry.

WHAT IS THE PRIZE

There will be Two Winners of 2 (SILVER) tickets each to the Justin Bieber "My World Tour Concert" to be held in SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on May 10, 2011.

Four units of Justin Bieber "My World Tour Concert" SILVER Tickets worth Php 3,687.60 each have already been purchased by Top American Products Solutions from Ticketworld, under OR # 263330, with Control Series 210-212 as prize for this promotion.

Official cut-off of the promo purchase period is March 30, 2011, 12:59:59 PM.

On April 25,2011, the raffle will commence electronically with the presence of FDA representative. Winner will be notified via email.

CONDITIONS FOR THE PRIZE

1. The Prize is not convertible to cash and or other Proactiv products.
2. The Prize must be personally claimed by winner.

HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE

The winner will be notified via email on April 26, 2011, with details of how to claim the prize. Prize must be claimed until May 6, 2011 5PM only, or this will be forfeited.

The Prize must be personally picked up by the winner from the office of Top American Products Solutions Inc, located at 17F Tower 2, RCBC Plaza, Makati City Philippines.

• For Winner(s) who purchased from Online Shopping Cart or Door-to-Door Delivery Hotlines, a valid ID must be presented upon claiming the prize.
• For Winner(s) who purchased from participating Proactiv Mall kiosks, a valid ID and the Official Receipt must be presented upon claiming the prize.

Winner must agree to have picture taken upon receiving prizes in addition to waivers which must be signed upon claiming. Top American Products Solutions Inc., reserves the right to use winner's information for all marketing purposes to promote Proactiv and unlimited media, in perpetuity.
