Who can avail of the Money Back Guarantee?

These are purchases made at Watsons, SM Department Store, Proactiv Mall Kiosks (with Dialcode Receipt), Proactiv Online Shopping Cart, and Proactiv Phiippines Door-to-Door Delivery Hotlines.

Refund is limited to one per household or family.

Full compliance with the Terms and Conditions as listed here is necessary to avail of the refund.

Can I Request for the Refund Anytime?

Once you purchase your Proactiv kit, there is a grace period for you to try the product and avail of the refund. The Proactiv 30-day kit must be returned within 21 calendar days after purchase, and the Proactiv Solution 60-day kit must be submitted or returned within 25 calendar days after purchase.

Request for refunds beyond the given grace period is not allowed.

What exactly do I need to return to get my refund?

For your refund to be processed you need to return the pack you have purchased together with the official receipt (original copy only – Watsons, SM or Dialcode) as proof of purchase.

The Proactiv Renewing Cleanser, Revitalizing Toner, Repairing Treatment and Refining Mask must be in its original packaging inclusive of the bottles, boxes and inserts. The bottles must contain at least 50% of the contents as proof that your Proactiv Solution was not fully consumed.

What is the Step-by-step procedure of getting my refund?

  • Step 1:

    Contact the Proactiv Philippines Customer Service Hotlines and secure your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

  • Step 2:

    Once you get your RMA Number, write it on the Proactiv box that you wish to return. Send the this pack to Top American Products Solution, PO Box 1064, Makati CPO 1250 via registered mail. Mailing expense is under your account.

    You must mail the pack you wish to return within 5 days of the issuance of the RMA. Once this is received, we shall start processing your refund.

  • Step 3:

    Refund Checks will be sent directly to you through registered mail if ALL of the terms and conditions of this limited offer are met. Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
