- 30-day kit must be submitted or returned within 21 calendar days after purchase.
- 60-day kit must be submitted or returned within 25 calendar days after purchase.
What to return?
- Customer shall send the Renewing Cleanser, Revitalizing Toner, Repairing Lotion and Refining Mask in its original packaging. Including all inserts and Watsons official receipt (original copy) or Dial-code sales invoice. All items must contain at least 50% of their respective solution.

Step 2: Send the pack (refer to item #3) to Top American Products Solution, PO Box 1064, Makati CPO 1250 via registered mail. Customer will shoulder mailing expense.
Please make sure to prominently write on the box the RMA Number given by Proactiv Customer Service. Any package without a valid RMA number will be rejected and the refund will not be processed. You must mail the returned Package within 5 days of the issuance of the RMA.
- Step 3: Proativ® Refund Checks shall be sent to customer through registered mail if ALL of the terms and conditions of this limited offer are met. Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
